Meet Dr. Ciara Puderbaugh
Hey there, I am so happy you are here! I am a sports physical therapist who is passionate about helping women through movement before, during, and after pregnancy.
To know me, you must know that movement, athleticism, and wellness are my life. I have been an athlete my whole life and firmly believe we are all athletes. This is why I became so frustrated when I first became pregnant. I was told I would not be able to continue my workouts, especially the style of lifting I perform, which I had refined for years. Based on my experience as a physical therapist, I knew that becoming pregnant isn’t the end of a healthy lifestyle and movement for women.
However, I was unprepared for the postpartum vortex of information, opinions, and misconceptions about the recovery process. At times, I felt utterly alone, helpless, and absent of my identity. I want women to know that they're not alone, and together, we can create a healthy lifestyle that cultivates a positive recovery experience!

CLIENT LOVE
“I felt so lost postpartum, but when I started Working with Ciara things got easier.
I was active before pregnancy and was able to stay active on my own during it, but postpartum was a different story. I had a pretty rough experience during my labor, and Ciara was there not only as a provider but also as a friend. She always would check in with me, and still does months later even though I no longer see her anymore for PT. She truly is amazing and helped in more ways than one after I gave birth.”
