Group Classes
Mind the Mat is a fitness studio with two convenient locations in Arlington and Del Ray. The studio specializes in offering a wide range of yoga and pilates classes, along with specialized series designed to cater to the needs of our prenatal and postnatal clients. The experienced and certified instructors provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. However, don’t be fooled - this isn’t you’re grandma’s Pilates.
Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, strength, or overall well-being, Mind the Mat has something for you. I teach an array of classes, from our signature H.A.W.T and Pilates Bootcamp to our specialized series for postpartum - After core and pelvic floor and prenatal pilates. I would love to see you in the studio and on the mat!

It is my promise to help keep you doing what you love with confidence and achieve results while feeling empowered throughout your rehab process. Treatment sessions may include a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy, internal pelvic floor therapy, neuromuscular re-education, dry needling, blood flow restriction, and/or program modification.
