Take your training performance to the next level with personal 1:1 training. I combine my knowledge from physical therapy school, strength and conditioning principles, pilates, and countless continued didactic work to confidently design each workout session for you. Whether you are a high-level athlete, new to the fitness world, or entering motherhood through pregnancy or postpartum, I am all in on helping you achieve your goals.

What’s involved?

  • Initial movement evaluation

  • 50-minute, 1-on-1 training sessions

  • Sessions can either be virtual or in-person

  • Packages available for purchase

Let’s take the guessing out of the game. If you’re looking for more flexibility in your training and not seeing the results you want, or if you’re looking for guidance from an experienced physical therapist in strength and conditioning, as well as pre and post-natal wellness, then this is the perfect solution for you!

  • Weekly feedback on form and to answer questions

  • No templates- workouts are built on a weekly basis

  • Direct communication with me through TrueCoach, email, or text

  • Plans start at $250/month, with complete customization to add a la carte services for exactly what you need

Small Group Training


When it comes to achieving our fitness goals, we can all use a little help and motivation. That’s where working out with our friends comes in. By holding each other accountable and pushing each other to be our best selves, we can make incredible gains together. Join a small group of 2-3 like-minded individuals and work through circuits or stations to unlock your full potential.
